Wolfberry Raspberry - lyophilized fruit - freeze-dried are crunchy and delicious whole raspberries. Raspberry freeze-dried by Wolfberry taste fresh as a whole thanks to a special drying technique that preserves all the vitamins, flavor and consistency.

Raspberries are among the most delicious fruits. Fruits have been popular with our ancient ancestors, as evidenced by the finds of this fruit in the archaeological excavations in Switzerland.
Fruit pieces are frozen at first. Then the fruit is placed in the oven. From the consistency of ice, the water passes directly into the water vapor phase and the dried fruit retains not only its texture and aroma, but also the necessary vitamins and minerals which are lost in another drying method.
Wolfberry berries are GMO free, meaning they do not contain genes from other plant or animal organisms that are mostly used to improve some of their properties. Thus, for example, genes from bacteria are inserted into field plants to increase their resistance, yields, or prolong shelf life.

Raspberries are not spiced or flavored and can be eaten directly instead of different chips, biscuits and candy, but they are also excellent in yoghurt, pastry, morning cereals, muesli or teas and cocktails. Bakeries and confectioners will appreciate that if dried raspberries soak in water or alcohol, they can then add them to their recipes instead of fresh strawberries.
