Arginine is a semi-essential amino acid in the body that changes to nitric oxide (NO), which dilates blood vessels. Thanks to arginine, the muscles are more pumped, more venous and the muscle is better nourished. Arginine is one of the most important amino acids for the human body and is responsible for a number of positive functions.
Arginine also helps regeneration and supports the nitrogen balance, which means keeping the body in an anabolic (growth process).
Other important functions of arginine are to improve blood circulation, increase the production of somatotropin (growth hormone-STH), improve genital function and, in men, increase spermatogenesis (sperm production). Regular intake of L-arginine before training helps build lean muscle mass without fat, increases strength and endurance.
Designed for special nutrition - suitable for increased physical activity, especially for athletes.
DOSAGE:
Recommended dosage: Take 5 capsules before training. On non-training days, take 5 capsules immediately in the morning. Always on an empty stomach!
