Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis) is freshwater algae that contains all the essential vitamins, minerals and nutrients. Helps to regenerate the body and control body weight. Spirulina has been on Earth for billions of years. Sprirulino has even used the ancient Aztecs as food and from time immemorial it is mainly used as food in Central America, Africa and Australia. Dosage:
 
Take 3-6 tablets 1 - 2 times a day for 30 minutes before eating with enough fluid. Beginners are advised to take 1 to 2 tablets daily and gradually increase the dosages to the recommended daily allowance. Suitable for long-term use. At the time of pregnancy and lactation, the doctor will determine the dosage.
