Simethicon, a substance contained in VitaHarmony, is a silicon compound that is the most widespread element in nature. Simethicon is not absorbed and is used in practice for many decades without serious side effects. Its effect is the formation of gas bubbles and thus the absorption or excretion of gas bubbles.
