The preparation contains iron in the form of ferrous bisglycinate, which is characterized by high bioavailability without side effects. The absorbability of the contained iron is supported by the added vit. C, which increases the absorption of iron in the body up to 4x. It is suitable to supplement iron in the body during menstruation, for pregnant and lactating women, children in the period of growth, adolescents, for the elderly, convalescents and vegetarians. Iron is important for the production of red blood cells and red blood pigment - hemoglobin. It ensures the oxygenation of the organism and thus its resistance and performance. Iron also makes a significant contribution to reducing fatigue and exhaustion.
DOSAGE:
The recommended dosage is 1-2 tablets per day.
