PROTEIN PORRIDGE from Nutrend is rich in fiber and contains exclusively gluten-free ingredients, thanks to which it is easily digestible. Thanks to this porridge, you supply your body with a large amount of protein, the source of which is high-quality milk protein (isolate). PROTEIN PORRIDGE from Nutrend is also rich in chia seeds and will supply your body with a unique mixture of vitamins and minerals, among which you will find especially vitamin D and vitamin K, as well as a high amount of calcium. It contains calcium, vitamin K and the much needed vitamin D. In its composition you will also find a large amount of chia seeds and a unique mixture of vitamins and minerals. Just pour water and in 2 minutes the porridge is ready.
DOSAGE:
A dose of 50 g is suitable as a breakfast or snack in the morning and afternoon, always at least 90 minutes apart from other regular meals. Can also be used after physical activity. Maximum 2 doses per day.
