What is important is their intake mainly in women during pregnancy and breastfeeding, because they are important for child development. In cold cuisine (salads, spreads, muesli) and in ready-made hot dishes. Not suitable for frying and deep frying! Can also be used as a treatment (1 tablespoon in the morning on an empty stomach).
