Nahrin Meat Seasoning is a quality blend of spices and herbs for preparing marinades for meat or for seasoning all kinds of meat dishes.
Nahrin Meat Seasoning is gluten-free, lactose-free and glutamate-free.
The flavour of the spices is dominated by paprika, basil, marjoram, garlic, pepper, oregano, thyme, bay leaf, rosemary or chives.
Recipe for meat marinade:
In a large bowl, mix oil, mustard, ketchup and worcestershire sauce. Add the spices, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. Place any meat in the marinade and let it rest, preferably overnight. The rest of the meat can then be grilled, fried or baked in the oven.
USE:
Season the meat to taste and as needed. When preparing the marinade, follow the recipe - to taste.
