¨Nahrin Narosan sea buckthorn with apricot is a multivitamin syrup containing minerals, vitamins and other ingredients.
Did you know that vitamins are substances that are involved in absolutely all processes, but the body cannot create them on its own. Therefore, it takes them in food, in the form of the vitamin itself or a provitamin - a substance from which the body creates the vitamin by means of metabolism. The need for them depends on the season, age, physical and mental stress, etc.
Nahrin has launched the Narosan range in several flavours, targeted because each food contains a different ratio of vitamins, minerals and essential acids.
The specific substances in Narosan sea buckthorn are bakopa extract and the amino acids L-threonine and L-tryptophan. Bakopa is an herb proven by Indian traditional medicine and modern research. L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid that plays a role in the synthesis of serotonin and other neurotransmitters in the brain.
