St. John's wort grows very abundantly on sunny hillsides, where its yellow inflorescences often form the dominant component of the vegetation.  The flowering inflorescence and flowers contain catechin tannins, flavone glycosides, rutin, quercetin, essential oil, red dye hypericin, provitamin A, vitamin C and other biologically active substances.

Daily dose = after shaking 10 drops 3x a day.
