Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) is called the queen of mushrooms or the elixir of life for its high content of amino acids, vitamins and minerals.
The shiitake mushroom has been used in Asia for about three thousand years. This mushroom contains an extraordinarily diverse complex of medicinal substances.
