MycoMedica Shiitake extract is about 20 times more concentrated than the dried powder of the hub. ✔️ The content of polysaccharides in the extract MycoMedica Shiitake is at least 30 %.

Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) is called the queen of mushrooms or the elixir of life for its high content of amino acids, vitamins and minerals.

The shiitake mushroom has been used in Asia for about three thousand years. This mushroom contains an extraordinarily diverse complex of medicinal substances. In addition to the B vitamins - which are essential for life but are hardly found in plants - shiitake mushrooms contain ergosterol (provitamin D) and minerals such as potassium, calcium and phosphorus, as well as iron and zinc. Amino acids are also present in shiitake, 7 out of the 8 essential ones. There are also nucleotides, amino acids, peptides and organic acids.

USE:

Normal dose
1-2 capsules per day

Increased dose
3-10 capsules per day

It is advisable to consult a doctor or Chinese medicine practitioner.
 
Take the capsule on an empty stomach (at least 20 minutes before or 30 minutes after a meal), with water or weak tea.
