MycoMedica Pornatica coconut (Fu Ling) is about 20 times more concentrated than dried mushroom powder. ✔️ The polysaccharide content of MycoMedica Pornatia cocos extract is at least 30%.

Poria cocos is an edible, vital mushroom belonging to the order Chorosotvar. It is known as Fu Ling in China and has been used in traditional Chinese medicine for more than 2000 years.

USE:

Normal dose
1-2 capsules per day

Take the capsule on an empty stomach (at least 20 minutes before or 30 minutes after a meal), with water or weak tea.
