MycoMedica Cordyceps CS-4 is an extract from mycelium and is therefore about 20 times more concentrated than the dried powder from fungi. The content of polysaccharides in the extract MycoMedica Cordyceps CS-4 is at least 20% (200 mg / g).

Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis) is the most powerful replenisher of lost energy among vital mushrooms.

Cordyceps sinensis is native to the high altitudes of Nepal, where it parasitizes mostly Lepidoptera moth larvae, which grow into finger-shaped fruiting bodies during spring. It thrives in the grassy landscapes of the Nepalese highlands at altitudes of over 3000 m and is harvested before the last snow melts in early summer.

Because of its rarity, it holds a special place in traditional Chinese medicine. Unlike most cordyceps from the Far East, the producer does not collect it from dead caterpillars, but prefers to use his own harvested strain for cultivation in a sterile environment, thus eliminating the otherwise inevitable contamination with harmful bacteria and foreign fungi. Indeed, the sources of quality cordyceps in Asia are far from sufficient even to cover domestic consumption.

USE:

1-2 capsules per day (2-3 months per year) max. 3-4 capsules per day (it is advisable to consult a doctor or practitioner of Chinese medicine) take the capsule on an empty stomach (at least 20 minutes before or 30 minutes after a meal), with water or weak tea.
