When washing your hair, you should not get the impression that if you "squeeze" dandruff out of your skin, it will not appear again. It's the same with the oil from the scalp that transfers to the hair, then the hair becomes oily - a drastic "shampooing" of the oil can lead to the hair being totally degreased for a while, but the scalp will be irritated and thus prone to even more lubricate. In winter, wearing a hat will help - although the hair becomes greasy more quickly, it does reduce the risk of dandruff. A healthy diet rich in vitamins and minerals (high intake of fruits and vegetables) and strengthening the body's immunity (Echinacea drops, grapefruit seed extract, enzyme preparations) are an important prevention (also of many other diseases).

USE:

Intended for daily use to prevent the appearance of new dandruff. Apply a small amount of shampoo to wet hair, gently massage and leave for a while. Rinse thoroughly afterwards. You can repeat the procedure if necessary.
