The content of proteins and carbohydrates is important for weight loss cocktails and diet replacements. As a general rule, the amount of protein should be higher than the carbohydrates in the shake. Furthermore, we also have to monitor the amount of fiber, vitamins and minerals in the product. They are often supplemented with additional substances - spirulina, L-carnitine or Synephrine.
 
Sometimes we come across cocktails that are a source of calcium, potassium, iron and vitamin D. This concentrates on the often insufficient intake by the user. Slimming shakes can thus be a convenient way to get a healthy and low-calorie snack at home and on the go.

USE:

Pour 300 ml of unsweetened soy milk (or other liquid according to taste and diet status) into the shaker.

Add 3 tablespoons (31 g) of shake powder.

Shake in the shaker and consume.
