Klas Vitamin D3 Forte 2000 IU contributes significantly to a number of important biological processes in the body.
Vitamin D
Vitamin D is extremely important for the body as it helps regulate calcium and phosphorus levels, which are essential for healthy bones, teeth, and muscles. Additionally, it supports the proper functioning of the immune system and can positively influence mood and mental well-being. Adequate intake is crucial for preventing diseases such as osteoporosis.
The main source of vitamin D is sunlight, through which the body synthesizes this vitamin in the skin with the help of UVB radiation. It can also be obtained from food, primarily from fatty fish such as salmon, mackerel, sardines, or tuna, as well as egg yolks, liver (especially cod liver), and fortified foods like certain dairy products and cereals. During the winter months, when sunlight exposure is limited, or for individuals at risk of deficiency, supplementation with vitamin D is recommended.
DOSAGE:
1 - 2 tablets per day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Not intended for children under 3 years, pregnant and lactating women. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Warning: sedimentation is not a defect. Store at room temperature and in the dark. Thickening or possible crystallization is not a problem. If necessary, dissolve in a lukewarm water bath or other heat source up to 40 oC. Shake well before each use. Keep out of reach of children. It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Once opened, use within 30 days.
