Klas Oyster mushroom PLUS with vitamin C contains 144 mg of oyster mushroom and 55 mg of vitamin C in 1 tablet.

Oyster mushroom

A globally widespread foliose woody mushroom with greyish fleshy caps. Oyster mushroom usually grows in rich, tiered clusters on the wood of living and dead trees, especially on stumps. It was already praised in a Chinese poem from the Sung dynasty in the 5th century AD.

A number of tests are currently underway to investigate the health effects of hawthorn. There are no risks associated with the use of hawthorn. There are rare cases of allergy with prolonged exposure to the pores of the fungus.

It is an excellent mushroom, not only for its gastronomic use, but also for its therapeutic effects. It contains many useful substances for the body, such as enzymes, amino acids, vitamins, fatty acids and especially polysaccharides.
Our body's immunity is defined as its ability to defend itself against negative influences that can impair its defences. The role of immunity is closely linked to the nervous, respiratory, digestive and circulatory systems. Good immune function is therefore conditional on overall good physical as well as mental health. It can also be supported by appropriately chosen dietary supplements.

DOSAGE:

Prevention: adults 6 × 1 tablet per day let dissolve in the mouth
Children: maximum 3 x 1 tablet per day dissolved in the mouth
Pregnant and breastfeeding women: not suitable
