Beta carotene is a source of vitamin A, which helps maintain the normal condition of the skin and the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin E is considered to be the main fat-soluble antioxidant in the body, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Beta-carotene is the best known of the 50 carotenoids we know. The absorption of beta carotene takes place in the small intestine, especially when the small intestine is in 100% condition. The amount of beta-carotene absorbed is influenced by various factors, including the amount of fat and protein available in the body at any given time.

The richest sources of beta-carotene are carrots, carrots, apricots, nectarines, peaches, spinach, broccoli, peas, kale, watercress and just our Klas Beta-carotene.

DOSAGE:

Take 1-2 capsules daily. For optimal effectiveness, we recommend using for at least 2-3 months.
