Beta carotene is a source of vitamin A, which helps maintain the normal condition of the skin and the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin E is considered to be the main fat-soluble antioxidant in the body, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

Beta-carotene is the best known of the 50 carotenoids we know. The absorption of beta carotene takes place in the small intestine, especially when the small intestine is in 100% condition. DOSAGE:
