* Gluten-Free and Sprouted Oat Flakes - Oatmeal is rich in slowly metabolized carbohydrates and is a natural source of minerals and vitamins. In addition, oats in ISWARI breakfasts are gluten-free and sprouted!
 
* Almond flour - finely ground almonds. They reduce the acidity of the body, contain a number of minerals and monounsaturated healthy fats.

USE:
