Iswari's breakfast mixes are unique in that they are 'raw' - their ingredients have never been processed above 42 °C. They retain the full nutritional composition of the original crops. In addition, they contain superfoods, which are foods of exceptional nutritional quality. Mixtures from Iswari are slightly sweetened with coconut sugar. This is a very delicious unrefined sweetener with a caramel tinge and a low glycemic index (GI = 35), containing a high amount of minerals.
 
Iswari BIO Breakfast mix 300 g ─ unroasted cocoa is made from naturally gluten-free ingredients. Thanks to the Low Glycemic Suprovines, they will feed you without burdening your body and pancreas with so-called fast sugars.

* Buckwheat groats - Contains high amounts of slow-absorbing carbohydrates and proteins with a more complex composition than cereals. Naturally contains a number of minerals and vitamins.
 
* Gluten-Free and Sprouted Oat Flakes - Oatmeal is rich in slowly metabolized carbohydrates and is a natural source of minerals and vitamins. In addition, oats in ISWARI breakfasts are gluten-free and sprouted!
 
* Almond flour - Fine ground almonds. They reduce the acidity of the body, contain a number of minerals and monounsaturated healthy fats.
 
* Unroasted cocoa - Extremely nutritionally rich, contains among others enzymes of good mood (eg anandamides), minerals (magnesium, iron, calcium, copper, manganese).

USE:

Pour 4 large tablespoons of warm (up to 42 ° C) vegetable or common milk or water. Stir and wait 2 min. Add slices of fresh fruit (banana, apple, strawberry, etc.). Can be sweetened with agave syrup or coconut sugar. The mixture can be added to another eg cereal porridge to increase its nutritional value, add to yoghurt, etc.
