Extrifit Vita-B Complex Forte is made in capsules for excellent absorption and accurate dosing.
When is it appropriate to supplement with B vitamins in the form of a dietary supplement? In various situations when their consumption rises significantly and/or when it is not possible to ensure their sufficient intake by diet.
This situation often arises in athletes, when the consumption of vitamins rises during intense physical exertion - and in bodybuilding this is often compounded by a restrictive diet.
DOSAGE:
1 capsule Vita-B Complex Forte 500 daily. Take with a sufficient amount of liquid.
