Extrifit Rice & Oat Mash is a blend of excellent rice in the form of easily soluble rice flakes with fruit, coconut and chocolate. Delicate taste of individual flavors is given only by natural ingredients.
The basis of the product is 100% rice in the form of easily soluble rice flakes, which make up 80% of the sources of complex carbohydrates of Rice & Oat Mash. The other 15% of complex carbohydrate products are oat flakes and 5% wheat flakes. The slurry is supplemented with chia seeds and prebiotic inulin from the chicory root. The fantastic taste and appearance also make the rice porridge a great deal of lyophilized fruit and high-quality chocolate with an absolute minimum of sugar.
 
Rice is an absolute king in our sport among sources of complex carbohydrates. It has an excellent taste, easy preparation and does not contain any simple sugar. It is simply an ideal choice as the most suitable source of slow energy.

USE:

mix the contents of one scoop (30 g) in 90 ml, 2 scoops (60 g) in 180 ml or 3 scoops (90 g) in 270 ml of water or skimmed milk
  • the porridge is ready in seconds
  • daily dose - 1 - 3 scoops depending on your body weight, sports activity and diet composition
  • intended for immediate consumption, do not store ready-made porridge
