Extrifit Rice & Oat Mash is a blend of excellent rice in the form of easily soluble rice flakes with fruit, coconut and chocolate. Delicate taste of individual flavors is given only by natural ingredients.

The basis of the product is 100% rice in the form of easily soluble rice flakes, which make up 80% of the sources of complex carbohydrates of Rice & Oat Mash. The other 15% of complex carbohydrate products are oat flakes and 5% wheat flakes. The slurry is supplemented with chia seeds and prebiotic inulin from the chicory root. The fantastic taste and appearance also make the rice porridge a great deal of lyophilized fruit and high-quality chocolate with an absolute minimum of sugar.

Rice is an absolute king in our sport among sources of complex carbohydrates. It has an excellent taste, easy preparation and does not contain any simple sugar. It is simply an ideal choice as the most suitable source of slow energy.

USE:

Recommended dosage:

• Mix 1 bag of Rice & Oat Mash (50 g) in 150 ml of water or skim milk

• In a few seconds the slurry is ready
