It is a unique amino acid product that contains a very strong dose of 11,030 mg of exclusively free amino acids in one pack of tasty gel. Recommended dosage:
• For energy training and anti-catabolic effect use one sachet (80 g) of Aminogel ® 15 - 20 minutes before training
• for muscle growth use one bag (80 g) after training
• For novice users, it is strongly recommended to break the contents of one bag into more (2 - 4) doses during the day (due to the high content of active ingredients)!

• Possibility of dilution to 100-200 ml of water
