Extrifit Pure Citruline contains a high dose of citrulline, which is known primarily as a stimulant of nitric oxide production, thanks to which you will be able to better blood supply to your muscles during training.
Better blood flow then makes you feel better pumped up, which of course is also related to better nutrient delivery to the muscle. And this plays a very important role in muscle growth. In addition, better blood flow to the muscle and consequently a higher supply of nutrients to the muscle can make its recovery more efficient, which is important not only for bodybuilding but also for other sports disciplines.
100% L-citrulline is a guarantee of maximum purity of the active substance in the supplement. You simply cannot have a purer L-citrulline in your supplementation plan. Moreover, L-citrulline in its free form is a completely natural and easily digestible form of a non-essential amino acid for our organism.
DOSAGE:
Mix the contents of half to a full scoop (3.2-6.4 g) in 110-220 ml of water.
Take 20-30 minutes before training.
