The most valuable jewel of sea buckthorn is oil obtained exclusively from seeds by very gentle extraction, which preserves the full spectrum of active ingredients. In addition, they are in Tibetan sea buckthorn in concentrations up to many times higher than in Siberian and European species.

It contains a natural concentrate of vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, D, E, F, K, P (rutin), carotenoids, flavonoids, folic acid, organic acids, tannins and mineral salts, important essential fatty acids omega-3, - 6, -9. Seeds are also a source of the rare acid omega-7, which is otherwise very rare in nature.
