USE:
When baking pastries and cakes, add 2 tablespoons of Psyllium per 0.5 kg of flour; for some recipes, Psyllium can be substituted for the flour.
For yoghurts, puddings, smoothies about 1 tsp, it depends on you what consistency you want to achieve.

The psyllium fiber is a supplement to the diet. Psyllium Dr. Popov is not addictive. It is free of sugars, chemicals and dyes. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage of psyllium fiber.
