Dr. Popov Psyllium fiber PROBIO 170 g

The preparation of Dr. Popov's Psyllium fiber is quite simple. Mix 1 - 2 teaspoons (2.5 - 5 g) of fiber in a glass of water (30 ml for every 1 g of psyllium) and drink immediately (the liquid thickens and forms a gel as it stands). Continuously wash down with another cup of liquid (min. 250 ml) - water, herbal tea, fruit juice, etc.

Maximum daily dose of Psyllium Dr. Popova (1 teaspoon = approx. 2.5 g):
- adult - 5 teaspoons
- pregnant women - 1 teaspoon
- nursing mothers - 1.5 teaspoons
- young children from 6 years of age - 1 teaspoon, ensure sufficient dilution

Maximum daily dose is 5 teaspoons. The quantity can be divided into several daily doses, which should be thoroughly drank.
According to recent studies, 12 - 25 g of psyllium fiber can be taken daily. Since this is a fiber that can bloat, a lower dosage is recommended.
