Fiber Psyllicol® EXTRA with Aloe Vera from Dr. Popov for intensive cleansing of the body - comfortable digestion, healthy weight loss and proper and easy emptying.

Dr. Popov is a Czech firm RNDr. Pavel Popov, producing herbal ointments, tinctures, teas, cometics and food supplements based on the traditional family recipe.

Psyllicol® EXTRA with Aloe Vera by Dr Popov is a dietary supplement containing the soluble fiber Psyllium. It is used for intensive cleansing of the body - comfortable digestion, healthy weight loss and proper and easy emptying.
 
This sweet citrus-flavored Psyllicol is sweetened with steviol glycosides and is therefore suitable for diabetics.
 
Soluble fiber supports the correct metabolism of fats.
When eaten on an empty stomach, it induces a feeling of fullness in the stomach, which is why it is used in weight loss diets.
It contributes to the correct metabolism of fats and maintains an optimal blood cholesterol level.
 
Aloe Vera
It is known for its excellent detoxifying, antioxidant and cleansing properties. Thanks to its influence on the peristalsis of the intestines, it contributes to healthy digestion.
By combining Aloe Vera with Psyllium, a better detoxification of the body occurs.
 
Psyllium
Psyllium is a soluble fiber obtained from the cleaned seeds of plantain. It grows primarily in India, but also in Iraq, Pakistan and Australia.
Psyllium can increase its volume in the digestive tract by up to 40 times, and the resulting gel absorbs excess liquid and, by ordinary swelling, removes harmful waste from the tract.

USE:

Mix 1-2 teaspoons (2.5-5g) in a glass of water (30 ml per 1g psyllium) and drink thoroughly with another cup of liquid (min. 250 ml).
 
The maximum daily dose is 5 teaspoons. The amount can be divided into several daily doses, which need to be drunk thoroughly.
 
Maximum Daily Doses of Psyllium Dr. Popov (1 teaspoon = approximately 2.5 g):
– an adult – 5 teaspoons
– pregnant women – 1 teaspoon
- breastfeeding mothers - 1.5 teaspoons
- small children from 6 years of age - 1 teaspoon, drink enough
 
It cannot be used in case of sudden abdominal events (inflammation of the appendix, pancreas, peritonitis..., intestinal obstruction).
Use at least 1 hour apart from other medicines and dietary supplements.

It is not meant to replace a varied diet.
Not intended for children under 3 years, pregnant and breastfeeding women.
Keep out of the reach of children.
