Excellent herbal ointment containing plantain by Dr. Popov for everyday care.
The main herb in the ointment is plantain lanceolate. It is a relatively widespread herb, whether grown or weed. Plantain leaves are most commonly collected, mostly from May to August. The ointment base consists of unleavened purified pork lard, which is extracted with hot steam.
USE: Dr. Popov chestnut cream 100 ml
Before using the ointment, it is recommended to wash the affected area with soap-free water and dry it well.
The ointment is applied in a thin layer on the skin so that it does not clog pores. We use plantain ointment 2-3 times a day (or as needed), gently rub it for 2-3 minutes into the skin.
Proper application of the ointment helps to increase its subsequent effect.
