Dr.Popov Peppermint oil is a dietary supplement in the form of oil - 100% natural product.
The oil supports the respiratory tract and can also be used for inhalation. Externally, peppermint oil is used for massages for muscle pain, on which it has a beneficial effect.
USE:
Inhalation: drop 3 to 4 drops of oil into hot water - inhale over a container for up to 10 minutes.
For external use: add a few drops of peppermint oil to massage oil or lotion, or to lard or coconut oil. Protect eyes and eye area when applying.
