Milk Thistle Capsules by Dr. Popov consists of a traditional herb together with an extract, which further enhances its effect and thus contributes to healthy liver function.
Dr. Popov is a Czech firm RNDr. Pavel Popov, producing herbal ointments, tinctures, teas, cometics and food supplements based on the traditional family recipe.
 
Milk thistle capsules (herb + extract) contain a high-quality extract standardized for the content of silymarin. They are exceptional in that, in addition to herbs, they are also made up of its extract, which enhances the herb's effect even more.
 
Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) is an annual or biennial herb that grows 60-150 cm. At first glance, it is similar to thistle and is characterized by distinctive, purple-pink to blue flowers.
 
Milk thistle is a lesser-known "liver" herb, primarily for its beneficial effect on detoxification and regeneration of liver tissue and support of the digestive system thanks to the effective flavonoid silymarin.
It acts as an antioxidant that strengthens the natural immunity of the body.
 
The liver is the main function
  • processing of nutrients absorbed through the digestive tract
  • control of blood fat, amino acid and glucose levels
  • neutralization, destruction and elimination of toxins
  • bile production
  • storing iron, fat-soluble vitamins and other substances
  • the conversion of nutrients into energy
  • the production, breakdown and regulation of the levels of a number of hormones

USE:

Take 2 capsules 2 times a day with water or other liquid.
The recommended daily dose is 4 capsules, i.e. 954 mg milk thistle extract and 954 mg ground milk thistle.
