Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica)

In addition to various acids such as silicas, formic, etc., acetylcholine (1%), Ca, K, Fe, Na, sulfur compounds, histamine (up to 0.5%) and serotonin (0.02%) have been found. .

Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale)

Its height is 5 - 40 cm. It contains mainly bitters, flavonoids, phenocarboxylic acids, coumarins, phytosterols, minerals and inulins. The root is usually harvested for medical purposes. The best way to do this is to go for it in March or April. Harvesting and processing the root is not so easy, but the time and energy we spend on the collected roots of the cream is a very profitable investment for our future health.
