Arnica mountain

Arnica is a mountain perennial with yellow-orange flowers growing to a height of 70 cm. Contains essential oil, bitters, carotenoids, tannins, fatty acids, thymol, lactones and flavonoids. It is used in the form of tinctures, creams and gels for painful and strained muscles, joints, tendons, also for swelling and bruises.

Arthrosis (osteoarthrosis)

A well-known disease, which is a painful joint disease, very often affects people from about 50 years of age. Large joints, the spine and some small joints of the hands are most often affected by arthrosis. The disease is manifested not only by pain, but also by a limitation of the functionality of the joints. Treatment of arthrosis takes place in a complex manner. Analgesics are prescribed to reduce pain (these sometimes change), in the case of inflammation or muscle spasm, anti-inflammatory drugs and muscle relaxants. Prevention of arthrosis consists in maintaining an optimal weight, physical condition, joint and muscle mobility. This can be achieved through regular exercise that is not too vigorous and does not unilaterally load certain joints.

USE:

Before using arnica ointment, we recommend washing the skin with soap-free water and drying it well. The ointment is applied in a thin layer - so as not to clog the pores. We use the ointment 2-3 times a day or according to the current need. Rub it gently into the skin for 2 to 3 minutes.
