Milk thistle has been known for many years. Currently, we use only fruit - the seeds of milk thistle. Previously, the use of the leaves and roots. OOT - Milk thistle Oil with Dandelion
Milk thistle is suitable for interior and exterior use.
Dandelion is a perennial herb with spindle and dairy root. It is about 5-40 cm high. The leaves are long, lanceolate. The edge is heavily cowy, with hairs.
