Chamomile is a medicinal plant of the genus Starfish. It is most often used in cosmetics, medicine and aromatherapy. Chamomile flowers are dried and used in the form of teas and decoctions. They are added to the bath or filled with pillows for better sleep.

The ground anchor is one of the herbs in the kacib family. It is used mainly by doctors or athletes. Anchor increases testosterone levels in the body of men. With regular use of the anchor, the strength can increase, especially for athletes (rugby players).

Mix 1 teaspoon in 150 ml of warm or lukewarm water or weak tea. We do not recommend using mineral or sparkling water. We recommend serving in the morning on an empty stomach and 2 servings in the evening. Intended for drinking after dilution.

The recommended dilution for a soft drink is 1:80. Sediment of herbal origin is not a defect.
