Maral is an Asian medicinal plant that resembles a thistle. The healing effects of this plant are very similar to ginseng. Substances used in medicine are contained in roots, leaves and seeds. Above all, tonics strengthen the central nervous system. They are also used for mental and physical strength.

The ground anchor is one of the herbs in the kacib family. It is used mainly by doctors or athletes. Anchor increases testosterone levels in the body of men. With regular use of the anchor, the strength can increase, especially for athletes (rugby players).

Willowherb is a plant known for its healing effects. It is mainly used for inflammation of the prostate and poor kidney or urinary tract function.
