Thyme is a plant that is used in gastronomy (spices), but also in traditional herbalism. It is prized for its unique aroma and essential oils rich in active ingredients.

Mix 1 teaspoon in 150 ml of warm or lukewarm water or weak tea. We do not recommend using mineral or sparkling water. We recommend serving in the morning on an empty stomach and 2 servings in the evening. Intended for drinking after dilution.

The recommended dilution for a soft drink is 1:80. Sediment of herbal origin is not a defect.
