Goldenrod is a plant that is traditionally used in medicine. Teas and tinctures are prepared from the leaves and flowers of this plant. It is especially appreciated by people who still have problems with their kidneys and urinary tract.
Stinging nettle is also one of the herbs widely used in herbalism. It stimulates metabolism and, among other things, contains a wide range of vitamins and minerals.
DOSAGE:
Mix 1 teaspoon in 150 ml of warm or lukewarm water or weak tea. We do not recommend using mineral or sparkling water. We recommend serving in the morning on an empty stomach and 2 servings in the evening. Intended for drinking after dilution.
The recommended dilution for a soft drink is 1:80. Sediment of herbal origin is not a defect.
