DESCRIPTION: Cosmos Manayupa 12 g - 60 capsules
Manayupa is a permanent shrub plant growing only in some mountain areas of And, most often from 2,000 to 4,000 m. Yet it is still known throughout Peru. Her "glory" dates back to the times of the Incas, when her enjoyment was a privilege of higher social classes and was partly ceremonial and cult. In quechua, her name is "runa mana yupana", which means: "her properties are countless." Manayupa has green, oval leaves growing from flexible, creeping stems, growing up to 50 cm in length. The leaves, fruits, and the entire stalk of Manayupa are covered with characteristic thick hairs. The flowers are tiny, predominantly pink. The seeds are in small, about 3 cm large pods. Dense roots grow deep and thus resist the lack of moisture. It is reported that Manayup may have a darker color of petals and blueberries. It depends on the location of Manayupa. For medicinal purposes, the entire overground part of the plant is collected and used.
