It helps maintain normal muscle and nerve function, supports a healthy immune system, and keeps bones strong. Magnesium is involved in energy metabolism and protein synthesis.
 
Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid is commonly found in all vertebrates. The highest concentration then reaches within muscle tissue.
