They have a positive influence on performance in endurance sports, it has been shown that in this type of load the organism consumes 90% Leucine for energy production.
USE: Amix BCAA Elite Rate 220 capsules
Take 3-6 capsules 30-60 minutes before exercise or 3-6 capsules after physical exercise.
