* Before drinking, it is recommended to use about 200 ml of drink.
* Dose every 15-20 minutes during exercise. About 150 ml.
The specific dosage depends on the actual ambient temperature, the nature and the length of the load.
The hypotonic drink is prepared by dissolving 20 g of powder in 500 ml of water. We use it especially during less than 60 minutes of performance, where there is no significant fluid loss or critical energy depletion, namely 100 ml of drink every 10 minutes. Load.
In case of extreme exhaustion and "desalination" after performance, use Xpower FLASH XT as a rapid rehydration in a volume of 500 - 800 ml during the first 2 hours of regeneration.
